Hands down one of the worst products I’ve ever used
Avoid this hardware and software combo at all costs.
WiFi doesn’t work
Very overpriced for a poorly designed app. Things aren’t very intuitive and require research. Works great with Bluetooth but the whole purpose of having it is to be able to monitor the temperature went away from an RV. Thermostat shows the Wi-Fi connected, but it never works on the app.
No support, app sucks
The thermostat is ok. Laggy touchscreen but works. It also connects to WiFi, I know this because it shows the WiFi symbol in green and shows outside temp it gets from the web.
Within the app I’m able to control the thermostat via Bluetooth. But it will not work via the WiFi option. It will just stay on the thermostat screen but does not work via WiFi no matter how many times I’ve tried within that past 4 months. Please fix this. I’ve tried many times to reach out and never got a response back as promised from customer service

How do you know remotely when the heater or air conditioner is actually running
I can’t tell by looking at the App if my air conditioner is running when I get a high temperature alert. I can see my actual thermostat temperature numbers light up when I’m at my trailer, why can’t the App do that.
WiFi
For some reason, I had to delete the APP, log back in, and reset the WiFi settings to get it to work again. Seems to have issues after a phone software update.
