Hands down one of the worst products I’ve ever used
Avoid this hardware and software combo at all costs.
WiFi doesn’t work
Very overpriced for a poorly designed app. Things aren’t very intuitive and require research. Works great with Bluetooth but the whole purpose of having it is to be able to monitor the temperature went away from an RV. Thermostat shows the Wi-Fi connected, but it never works on the app.
No support, app sucks
The thermostat is ok. Laggy touchscreen but works. It also connects to WiFi, I know this because it shows the WiFi symbol in green and shows outside temp it gets from the web.
Within the app I’m able to control the thermostat via Bluetooth. But it will not work via the WiFi option. It will just stay on the thermostat screen but does not work via WiFi no matter how many times I’ve tried within that past 4 months. Please fix this. I’ve tried many times to reach out and never got a response back as promised from customer service

How do you know remotely when the heater or air conditioner is actually running
I can’t tell by looking at the App if my air conditioner is running when I get a high temperature alert. I can see my actual thermostat temperature numbers light up when I’m at my trailer, why can’t the App do that.
WiFi
For some reason, I had to delete the APP, log back in, and reset the WiFi settings to get it to work again. Seems to have issues after a phone software update.
Poor visibility of screen in dim lighting
The app does not allow to turn off night mode on my iOS 26 iPhone 17. The black background and the faint letters with small font makes setting up the thermostat very difficult.
How did this get approved?
Just curious how this app even got approved to be in the App Store. This feels like an experiment by a 9th grader
Need more updates and Alexa support
The device is frozen once and fan high mode does not work only low and need Amazon support Alexa Support Alexa turn on fan

Love the app and the easy use of it. Expensive but if you want remote capabilities it is worth every penny.
Works great, but
The only thing I have an issue with is the app doesn’t automatically choose a thermostat and open that setting panel automatically. If it’s developers are actually reading this would make it so the last thermostat accessed is automatically loaded and then you have to go back to select a different one. That way, the GUI would automatically load the last thermostat and likely the thermostat you want to control.

Great for what is does.
Use the quick start guide to learn how to use this app for your thermostat. Once you learn how to use it you will be glade you have it. You can link to the thermostat by WiFi for remote access and warnings when you’re away from your RV. When you are there you can Bluetooth to it to set or change the weekly schedule. Or you can make changes without having to touch the thermostat. I love the convenience of the app and the ability to make changes to my RV HVAC from anywhere at anytime. Plus the peace of mind that if the system fails to operate properly it will warn me if the temp gets out side my set pentameters. Knowing my pets are not going to overheat or freeze.

Childlike User Interface with ample problems
Let’s be clear this is the best RV thermostat on the market… The problem is that’s not saying much. The UI is so bad, it would feel outdated on a Palm pilot. It works, but it’s Kludgy, and missing so many features that would be a layup. It’s just terrible but it’s the best we got.

I like this app, it’s simple and easy to use, really wish it looked nicer I would love if they would update the graphics and UI.

Easy installation, works very well except for schedule. It will not run the schedule. Support sent options to try but not successful. Figured out power has to be on foe schedule to work. It will not power on unit

Almost perfect, needs HomeKit
I love this thermostat. Super easy to install. With the prevalence of Starlink and other RV Internet solutions, HomeKit / Matter support would be outstanding! Please and thank you!
Great app and fantastic company
The app works as it should. Big, colorful touch display. App access to most all functions via WiFi or Bluetooth. Alerting works well.
Just needs a watch app. Would love to quickly check/change temps without having to open the phone. Just a small wish.

Not useful.
App will not show me all the modes available. It only shows fan, but the thermostat itself has fan, furnace, A/C, and heat pump. Pretty useless for us.
DONT DO UPDATE!
Did their update and now the A/C comes on when the heater comes on regardless of settings.

Zilch for Easy Touch . Their customer service is the worst. They have a computer system who attempts to fix the problem. I am sending my $300 ET back for a full refund. I will go back to my old until I can find something easier to use and offers live customer service when needed. This company is a joke and so is their app!!!

Works great, but has potential for growth
So I’ve been using this for almost a year now and they’ve done a pretty good job in terms of support and fixing the bugs, but I’d like to see in the future though is some analytics so we can see how much electricity we using and how much propane and gas and so forth is being used
