Good but calendar entry fails
App is generally good but app fails to add calendar entries in iPhone with permission errors even though it has permission to add calendar entries (and I’m not giving it permission to see my whole calendar).

Requires full access to calendar to insert appointments. Doesn’t Allow any copy of screen to avoid this privacy issue.worse. It is a data collection company.just have a read of T& Cs. You sign your life over to these b holes

This App is appalling.. Sonicare say to enter Passwird every 14 days.. It’s a shocker.

Frequently offline, including on the Web.
Can only verify login via text (not email), which is useless if you live in an area without mobile ‘phone coverage.

Not reliable
Very hit and miss. Three times I have made appointments using this app only to turn up at the drs to find no appointment existed even though I had been sent an email by EasyVisit confirming the date and time. One time the drs surgery had a different time. Yes, sometimes it works but it is not reliable. No help at all when I contacted EasyVisit to point out the problem. I just got an email suggesting I write a review.

Try registering when you are sick and it’s almost impossible. Not easy to use and won’t work on an iPad

Has huge letters and is to big for iPad screen

Stupid waste of time!
I’ve been trying to use this app for ages. Nothing works. I can’t book appointments with my doctor, my past visits don’t show up, it’s telling me I’m a new patient so can’t book an appointment, (been going to this surgery for over 20 years). This app is useless and needs attention fast!
Terrible on iPad
Functionality of the app is fine. Rendering on iPad is so bad that the app is virtually unusable. App details show that the app works on my iPad. This is a problem with the latest version. Was not previously like this.
Unusable on iPad since October 2025 update
Went from workable to unworkable on iPad with latest update Oct 2025. Can’t get past the problem of an enormous font to evaluate any other features. Will have to phone my gp for appointments until it’s fixed.
Screen Resolution for iPad
I do like this app, however since the recent update, the does not fit in the screen of the iPad - it is too big. Please fix, thank you, cheers Lis

Yep and non responsive
What a waste of time this app is. You have to try to look about 5 times before you actually get what you need. It is sooooo slow and non- responsive. I am going to be complaining to my GP when I finally get the appointment.
Terrible usability
Although AppStore says supported on your phone it’s nigh impossible to use on smaller format iPhones like the 12 or 13 Mini.
