Hopeless. After 20 mins on hold to QSCAN to ask for help with the useless app (getting kicked out and password not working, even when changed to new one- couldn’t get back in app). Was emailed a link to send a ‘ticket’ to whoever manages the portal. Now waiting to hear from them. No PDFs available of reports. I was recommended to ‘screenshot’ the reports to send to the insurer 🤷🏼♀️. They won’t send emails of results so now I have to go into an actual clinic to ask for someone to print the report so I can go home and scan it in at home as PDF.

Keeps looping
I don’t log in many times a year although every single time i do i get kicked off and trying to replace password the app just goes around and around and never fixes so i can log in. I get warning and error notifications over and over. So frustrating because there’s none to help.
Does not let me in
Gosh this app is so frustrating, I’ve tried to sign in so many times and it just comes up with connection problems. Also locks me out. I really need this to work for my appointments. Please fix this.

Suddenly not working
This app has been great until my last scan and now it locked me out and when I try to reset my password I go through all the steps and then the app sticks and I still can’t log in. So frustrating. I only chose Qscan because of this app and having everything in one place. Please fix.
