It’s useless.
It won’t let me in to see my results. It used to. Waste of time setting it up.

App does not load. Keeps saying there is a security error. Desktop works fine, but the Apple app.

Absolutely useless app
I have downloaded then deleted the app four times, and each time I try to use the app once installed, it just freezes with the “I’m trying to open” wheel of death. Someone needs to fix this app. I can access my images on my office computer but not in my smartphone using this app. Appalling waste of time.
