Hopeless. After 20 mins on hold to QSCAN to ask for help with the useless app (getting kicked out and password not working, even when changed to new one- couldn’t get back in app). Was emailed a link to send a ‘ticket’ to whoever manages the portal. Now waiting to hear from them. No PDFs available of reports. I was recommended to ‘screenshot’ the reports to send to the insurer 🤷🏼♀️. They won’t send emails of results so now I have to go into an actual clinic to ask for someone to print the report so I can go home and scan it in at home as PDF.

Keeps looping
I don’t log in many times a year although every single time i do i get kicked off and trying to replace password the app just goes around and around and never fixes so i can log in. I get warning and error notifications over and over. So frustrating because there’s none to help.
Does not let me in
Gosh this app is so frustrating, I’ve tried to sign in so many times and it just comes up with connection problems. Also locks me out. I really need this to work for my appointments. Please fix this.

This app has been great until my last scan and now it locked me out and when I try to reset my password I go through all the steps and then the app sticks and I still can’t log in. So frustrating. I only chose Qscan because of this app and having everything in one place. Please fix.
It used to work now it just times out
I have the latest app. I used to use this a lot and it was great I could even pull it up during medical appointments and show my Dr my results faster than they could access it. Now it times out about 90% of the time and you have to closed the app and restarts it. Sometimes it fixes it, most if the time it doesn’t. It wastes a lot of time and does not work properly. Please fix it.

Says get app, I have app. I click open app, says gets app and so it goes!

Tried logging in today only to have no access and told I must update my details - but no way provided to do so. Back to the browser…
Does not seem to want to work!
I have installed this app to share my scans with the physio and have deleted and reloaded the App twice now. Still no joy. Easier going through www site. 😊

I am disappointed I can’t make it work!!! A total waste of time
App won’t open
The app eventually opened once but not since despite multiple tries. I also found a message hat said the X-ray wouldn’t be available for 14 days - ridiculously slow! Waste of time. Reflects poorly on QScan that they can’t get basic IT right.

Difficult to access
It keeps dropping my ability to use Touch ID to get into it. But then when I go through the app to get into it, it tells me to download the app! Very frustrating!
Hard to login after first use

APP has to be deleted & reinstalled each time you want to use it otherwise you just have a blank screen forever when it opens. Please fix it!
Where are all my scans etc those I used to pen with 4 numbers not the current which dose not work.
If you can’t send information to patients using simple technology like you had a few
months ago and be of service once again.

This has worked for me in the past but now refuses to open. Would be a great service if only it worked
Inconsistent signing in success
I asked for facial recognition and that worked for about a week now it’s back to asking for my password. Facial recognition screen still shows up and no matter what I do. It’s always incorrect password which I’ve reset 1000 times. This website has never worked well and I’ve been using it for years. No guarantee next time you sign on that you are going to get in.
