Absolutely a pain in the proverbial to use
How hard can it be! Setup account, verify, view. Not with this app. Terrible signup logon process, glitchy, won’t go back to summary results.

Useless!
Somehow this app is even more useless than their website. After 20mins of logging in and having to change my password every time I have given up and delete this app. Don’t bother

It doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time downloading it
Glitchy and unhelpul
This is the glitchiest app. It doesn’t load, says the password is wrong and when you finally get in, the scans won’t load. Incredibly frustrating when you aren’t allowed to take photos in the room. This is the only means to receive scans and it DOESN’T WORK! Sort it out.
Unreliable
Cannot access old images, wheel of death trying to load. Initial screen take you to download the app while on the app already.
