Doesn’t work

Hopeless doesn’t work as per all the other reviews, password creation doesn’t work then locks account
Ttamstar74

Absolutely a pain in the proverbial to use

How hard can it be! Setup account, verify, view. Not with this app. Terrible signup logon process, glitchy, won’t go back to summary results.

Could we focus on customer experience please!
FWFrustrated as always with wow

Useless!

Somehow this app is even more useless than their website. After 20mins of logging in and having to change my password every time I have given up and delete this app. Don’t bother
USUncle Sam.

Terrible app

It doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time downloading it
MMarianaGroth

Glitchy and unhelpul

This is the glitchiest app. It doesn’t load, says the password is wrong and when you finally get in, the scans won’t load. Incredibly frustrating when you aren’t allowed to take photos in the room. This is the only means to receive scans and it DOESN’T WORK! Sort it out.

FAQ

What can I do with the QXR Patient app?

The app allows you to access your medical images and reports after your scan, share your results with others, request appointments, update your email and password, and manage notifications for your images and reports.

How do I register for the app?

If you are already registered for the Queensland X-Ray Patient Portal, you can log in using your mobile phone number and password. If not, ask a team member at your next appointment for instructions. You will need to provide your mobile number and email address, and authorize an SMS to register. You will then receive a link via SMS to create your account.

When will my reports be available in the app?

Your reports will be uploaded 14 days after they have been authorized and sent to your referring doctor. This delay ensures you have had an opportunity to make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your results.

Is the app available on all devices?

The description does not specify compatibility with different operating systems (iOS/Android) or device types. However, it mentions that similar functions are available on their website at patient.qldxray.com.au, suggesting web access is also an option.

What if my scans show something unexpected?

If your scans show anything unexpected, your doctor will personally call your referring doctor. The app provides access to your results, but it is important to go back to your doctor to get your results and discuss them.
