Absolutely a pain in the proverbial to use
How hard can it be! Setup account, verify, view. Not with this app. Terrible signup logon process, glitchy, won’t go back to summary results.

Somehow this app is even more useless than their website. After 20mins of logging in and having to change my password every time I have given up and delete this app. Don’t bother

Glitchy and unhelpul
This is the glitchiest app. It doesn’t load, says the password is wrong and when you finally get in, the scans won’t load. Incredibly frustrating when you aren’t allowed to take photos in the room. This is the only means to receive scans and it DOESN’T WORK! Sort it out.
Unreliable
Cannot access old images, wheel of death trying to load. Initial screen take you to download the app while on the app already.

Worst app, doesn’t recognize password just entered.
Fails to recognize the password just entered and proceeds to lock me out of the account just created. The operators at the clinic whom performed the ultrasound were fine, but the access to the images and the app is beyond bs and needs an overhaul of policy so that clients have easy instant access to their images. Booking well in advance to avoid this clownery at, the less expensive but far better quality option, of North Queensland X-Ray.

Unable to have the App open regardless on how I approach it
Disappointed
I’ve provided feedback and nothing happens. The app is so slow to load pictures if at all. Really disappointing considering how big QLD X-ray is and how much you pay at each ultra scan appointment. Don’t bother downloading, such a waste of time. Very frustrating.

Slow, error’s frequently,states image count but selecting image option it states no images available.

soooo slow and unreliable
So slow, took 30min to load even 10% images then the app kicked me out. Consistently terrible speed, website is no better. Wouldn’t use it if I didn’t have a choice and could review images another way
Annoying
You need to fix the issue with setting up passwords. When you setup the initial password you have to do it on the website, which then defaults different information to the password manager to that which the app requires to sign in. Each time you want to login to the app you get an error and need to reset your password and go around in circles trying to work out how to login and resetting passwords. This is basic stuff that should not occur and would confuse many people who wouldn’t bother persisting.

Very difficult to login to
I don’t know if it is because I am on an iPhone but the set up system has sections that can’t be read because scroll doesn’t work & it wants to set up passwords on a QXR website that I think defaults to Google passwords, then you are supposed to use that password in the Apple Store App but on iPhone no Google passwords can be accessed inside the app. So after three attempts I gave up

Used to be good until deleted all my image history
Used to be good & have images and report history. Sometime over the past month I’ve lost all images. Have QXR been hacked?

This app should include the ability to look up upcoming appointments otherwise you have to ring a check
Regretting
I understand it’s a medical apt but to receive no photos and directed to the app for images, when only 3 of 144 will download and they are all of top of scalp. Disappointing.
