A good app But…
A good app but it needs more work to make it a great one. One major fault is the insistence of a credit card. There are many of us that prefer to pay for the doctor appointments with cash. I don’t know what you are going to do with my credit card information, maybe nothing but hacking is a big problem for information about people.
Another problem is that the app can show that I have already seen the doctor whilst I am still in the waiting room waiting for my appointment.

Too invasive
This app is certainly convenient but is becoming increasingly pushy and invasive. Forces you to give credit card details up front and is now demanding you fill in invasive details before your appointment. Will now be booking my appointments directly by phone.
Very disappointed
Used to be a good app, I could book an appointment without having to ring my practice and spend at least 10 minutes on hold. Now I can’t book an appointment without giving it my credit card information. It doesn’t take into consideration that not everyone has a credit card. Besides, why does this app need such information? It already has so much of my personal information and now it needs more just to book an appointment. I would rather spend the time on hold. Not using the app again.

Not happy with new version. Cannot get into appointments or even see doctors names at surgeries.

Great application and easy to use. The reminder is great for both patient and Docs.
