A nightmare
A nightmare. I have wasted far too much time putting in new passwords and trying different things. Retrieving images for me now, are you? Forget it takes less time to make an appointment and visit my doctor!

Every time I try to access this App, it always tells me Forgot Password!!!!
Logs you out all the time
The app lags you out all the time, and then no matter what you do you can’t get back in with your username and password. Try the webpage and that locks you out too. You would think a company like this can actually get an app to work.

App says they will be retrieved in 30 mins. Been waiting several days for images to be downloaded. Useless app.
