Can’t change store
This app is so frustrating to use. I want to change my home store from Rockefeller Center, NY to South Florida. The app won’t let me do it even though I follow all the directions to do so.
And contacting support was not easy. I did so and explained my predicament and I got a reply that I need to create a password for the help ticket. What? I’ve never heard of that. Eataly Caffe developers, get your act together!!

Hi Tony, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. At the moment, the Eataly Caffè app supports only our two Caffè locations in New York (Rockefeller Center and Hudson Yards). We don’t yet have Caffès in Florida, which is why you aren’t able to switch your home store there. We understand how frustrating that can feel and truly appreciate your patience. We hope you continue to enjoy your Eataly experience when you visit our New York Caffès, and we’ll be excited to share updates with you as our program expands.
