No longer receiving notifications
The app worked fine for 2+ years. For the past 6 months I no longer get notifications. I've deleted the app. Reinstalled and re-paired it. I have checked all notification settings and refreshed those.
The app is paired as I am able to set and unset the alarm remotely however not getting any notifications is a huge security issue for us and currently rendering the alarm useless

Great App, works well. Time for some updates?
Had this app for a few years now and use it with multiple panels. Works very well and never had any instability or notification problems. Core functionality is brilliant. However, everyone that uses it (me included) wishes there were better notifications other than the handful of default ios tones. If the alarm is triggered, the sounds are basic and don’t give the urgency an alarm activation should merit. The Scantronix app for example screams about Alarm activations’. This should do the same. A simple beep isn’t sufficient. At the very least let users or installers if you must, customise the sounds. Beyond that surely its time to allow integration with Smart Homes, like Apple Home or Google home to set / check status (not unset) or show alerts etc? Most of the core stability is there, proper Sound alerts are essential for a security app. Now give customers some bells and whistles.

Can’t get notifications.
It’s important to get notifications but this app does not provide notifications to the main party
Nice App with a few tweaks could be improved
I like the app it’s straight to the point, coming from a ring alarm the one thing I miss is the ability to set an automation i.e 10pm every night set the alarm. I even tried apple shortcuts but no luck.
Panel off line
It will set manually but not via the app

Panel off line occurs on s daily basis and the Eaton alarm is the only item having this problem
I have connected to my WiFi as many as another 10 items connected and they are never disconnected from the WiFi . If something is disconnected then immediately it reconnects ! The Eaton alarm takes ages if it ever reconnects . I have good WiFi all over the house with relevant boosters
Is there a fault with this alarm ? Why should I need a new pairing code to reconnect an app that is there on my phone?

Well where to start
Put simply it just does not work . Tried to reset my password word . Changed it successfully but I still can not get access .

App does not work with IOS26
Since upgrading to IOS26 the app no longer gives accurate alarm status or allows control of the alarm system!
Nothing works
Even basic functions like set and unset do not work.
Good, with one persistent bug
The current release is stable and has proved reliable over several years’ use.
The one consistent irritation is the ‘blank’ screen that frequently occurs if I’ve left the app open in the background since its previous use. I then have to close and reopen the app to see my panel again.
This bug affects every user of the app in my household (all iPhone based).
A fix would make the user experience much better!

L’App, da un anno a questa parte, non mi invia più notifiche, probabilmente andrebbe aggiornata con le ultime versioni dei sistemi operativi. Così è praticamente inutile.
Simple but good
It’s a good app. All my customers find it easy to use. I would recommend having an option for panic button like some other alarm companies have on their app which would be useful.
Login Issues
Following a networking problem at home I’m having difficulties with my Eaton Secure Connect Account. When I log in I’m asked to put in my pairing code as if to add a new panel. When I generate a new code and enter it tells me that the panel is already connected and I can proceed no further!
What makes it worse is that there are no contact details where I can report this issue or get it resolved.
Is it possible for the existing panel to be removed from my account so that I can set up the panel afresh?

Notifications have stopped?
No longer getting any notifications on my iPhone (ios 17.7) or iwatch. Can you please sort this out as it is a huge problem. Without notifications I don’t know if my alarms are ringing or when they are being set and unset
App has stoped giving notifications as of iOS 17.7
Hoping for an update soon? We’re no longer getting notifications of any kind from the app. It’s working ok as usual otherwise. That is with the exception of a failure to re-initiate login if the app is already open or n background and you go back in to it, in which case it just hangs (app needs force-quitting before it initiates the login again) hope this gets patched out soon too.
