Connecting with Alexa unresponsive
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s frustrating. And yes I did check and make sure everything is updated. I use another brand Tp-link control with lights and have no issues.

App thinks stock phone is jailbroken
Can't open app. Get an error message. Restored phone and can't use app.

I have had it for over a year. I have not had any problems with this product.
Too buggy : (
App is not stable. Cannot turn on or off my lights. Keeps saying device is offline.
