Connecting with Alexa unresponsive
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s frustrating. And yes I did check and make sure everything is updated. I use another brand Tp-link control with lights and have no issues.

Can't open app. Get an error message. Restored phone and can't use app.

Doesn’t work
I have used the app for about a year. Now, this summer, nothing! I go to the app to open it, and it just goes back to my Home Screen. I have to have my husband turn on the lights with his app

Serious issue with app.
This fails far more often than it works. I recently change my Wi-Fi and getting this app to connect has been absolutely ridiculous! After hours of messing with it, I finally got it to recognize my Wi-Fi but it crashed again after trying it once. All this was done using only 2.4 vs 5g, so that wasn’t the issue. They really need to work on these issues with more frequency updates. Super disappointed in Legrand and will never purchase any of their smart products again!

Cant add devices after the update
The camera doesn’t work to add devices. Reinstalled and reset camera settings it still doesn’t work.
Update is much better!
When originally using the app it was functional but not super responsive for controlling fixtures. Recently a full update came out (~Nov 2023) it revamped the UI and seems the devices respond a lot faster and I’ve stopped complaining about the app. Thanks devs!

Lousy App and product
I bought a new house a month ago with several smart devices installed (doorbell camera, smart locks, garage door, range,etc) The only devices that were problematic were these Legrand switches. The developer installer claims it possible our internet service, which was wireless,so we changed to wired fiber optic. Everything else worked fine on the new internet except the Legrand switches. Mind you, they work well manually but these are supposed to be smart switches They then changed out the switches and I eventually got them to work on my phone. However, the App is slow. It takes about 2 seconds to respond. It’s barebones, it has no cool features like my previous smart switches which cost a lot less. Two days after, it asks me to sign in. Alexa don’t seem to recognize them ( I haven’t worked much on that yet).
I would not recommend these to anyone.
PS is it just me or does anyone else hate the sound of the switch when it turns on or off? Others have a refined tick but this sounds more clunky.

app won't open now and says can't save location
has worked fine for a couple years but suddenly i can't use the app anymore. it asks for postal code, i hit save, and it errors and says can't save location information and to try again later. i'm on ios17.0.2 and app says it's latest version so this is crap.

It was working okay, but today the whole app break down, every time I tried to open the app, it keep asking for entering the postal code but keep saying the location is not saved, doesn’t allow me to control my lights any more!
Works on 2.4 GHz only
Smart switch only connects to 2.4 ghz WiFi network, had to disable 5 ghz network on the router for the switch to connect. This info should be included in the setup instructions.
