Rude on Lincoln
Just stopped in this delivery store by accident, and was greeted by the rudest young African-American kid. Asking me if I know how to read and just being outrageously rude. It’s June 4, about 12:50pm at the shop on Lincoln in Venice next to Baby Blues. Because of this one employee and how much he kept digging into me, I’m deleting the app and will never use it again. The guy was giving me such a hard time while I was asking another very nice employee, Latino guy, we’re the closest shop was. All the black dude wanted to do was keep heckling me as the Latino guy was trying to explain where the next shop was. If you hire employees like the black guy and allow that kind of behavior, I’ll just use a different delivery service. No more Ease for me and I’ll let my friends know as well.

Waste of Time
I downloaded the app. I uploaded my ID. I tried to link my checking account, and it didn’t work. I tried to talk with live chat to see what the problem was. They never connected. So I basically just turned over a picture of my ID for no reason. Very frustrating.
Not real
They don't really deliver. And they take your information.
