And therefore it just collects data and doesn’t work. A little scammy, dontcha think?
I think this app is dead - can’t login or load anything
It appears this app did not survive Covid. Nothing loads, can’t login with Facebook, and can’t create an account.
The app actually doesn’t work
Just keeps loading..won’t let you create an account or search vendors just freezes every time you click “I agree” and launch. Tried on different occasions. No success
Horrible
My first review on apps to say I would give zero stars if I could. The order never transmitted to hotel bar. I was charged and now not able to get refunded. There is no way to cancel order on the app. There is also so easy way to contact customer service. I found an eazyo info email customer service and have yet to have a response to my complaint. Do not use this you will lose money.

App charge for what????
I got this app thinking it would make life easier. We are already paying for the drinks, tax, service charge ect. For them to charge even more just to use this app is ridiculous. Phone apps should make things cheaper not more expensive. These developers are greedy ***holes. Wish I could give negative stars.... uninstalling after I finish this review....

Thank you fro the review . You have the option of waiting for a server and waiting for a check. Many guests want there food asap and the ability to leave anytime. Eazyo significantly expedites the process.

Worst food delivery app!
Its been almost an hour and still no delivery of my order. You promissed to deliver in 15 min. This is really worst service. I will never again going to use this app.

Beware of $2 service charge to use app
Staying at the Hyatt Confidante. The app is being promoted on the beach to order food and service. You don’t find out that the app does not slow a room charge and then wants to add a $2 charge on top of the 20% convenience fee (tip). Sorry I downloaded. Oops. Wasted 10 mins.

Genius app. I was recently at the fountain bleu and used the app the entire time. There is no need to wait on a server for long periods of time with this app. It’s very user friendly and allows for quick and timely service.

This app has made my experience at beach clubs and all resorts that use this platform 1000 times easier. Reduces wait times and makes relaxing much more enjoyable. Absolutely recommend
The App I’ve Always Needed
This app is amazing, no more waiting around to flag a waiter/waitress down. Two minutes I ordered my food and drink, few minutes later it was at my chair. Super convenient can’t wait to see this service everywhere!

Greatest invention since the Uber App! So many times I’m at the beach and wait for ever for the waiter, or even worse to pay and get my CC back. This solves all the problems!!!
Needs a lot of improvements
Some drinks are missing. The biggest issue is you cannot charge items to your room.

Thank you for your comment, most users find apple/google pay easy to use. Servers can help you if room charge is needed.
$2 charge per order
There is a $2 app charge per order. It just doesn’t make sense if you are ordering one drink at a time.

Amazing application
I didn’t have to wait to order and better yet I didn’t have to wait for a check when we were done. A few clicks and my Pina colada and lunch were arriving at my cabana. I wish everything was this easy
Best app
This app made my stay at the beach a much better experience. When the servers were nowhere to be found I was still able to order food and drinks for my family. Highly recommend!
This app is amazing!
This is app is extremely useful!! You don’t have to wait for anyone to come by and take your order especially if it’s busy. You can directly order from the app everything that’s on the menu and they bring it directly to you!
Disappointed
Took over an hour to get two drinks delivered. Not worth the $2 app service fee.
