Quirky behavior, bad search
Selected vehicle parts search returns items that are for different manufacturers. A generic product like exhaust tape was flagged as “does not fit”
Look at an item and return to search results it auto jumps you back to the top of the page and you’ve now lost your place. Definitely needs work.

I’m deleting this app
eBay motors used to be great. I once purchased an entire front suspension kit for an older model ford Explorer. All brand new moog parts. All the parts fit perfectly (I don’t remember the year but it was percovid) now I’m looking for a body lift kit for a jeep Cherokee and I have a sift through hundreds of parts I don’t need for a vehicle I don’t have. And IF I do happen to find the parts I need I “check fitment”, it tells me “these parts don’t fit your vehicle”. DOO BETTER EBAYMOTORS!!

No customer service at all
No customer service at all and lack of information for a seller. I sold my $120 goods with all fees, taxes, usps ground delivery it came $188 so did not earn a penny but I paid extra $66 to eBay. as a buyer I purchased too many items easily but you can find lots of low quality products.

On eBay motors can you guys please stop changing how you guys app look a couple updates ago it was perfect I miss having the tab that was popular parts for your can because it was the part that my car usually having problems with I liked when you could click the tab and scrolled though the parts now it’s jus boring and it don’t have as many parts showing like it used to

Vehicle search filters don’t work
I’m looking for a cheap car that is close to where I live. I chose my price ceiling and 50 miles from my home. I literally got the opposite.

If you update to the most recent version of the app, you should be able to see the popular parts. We put in a quick fix for this issue.

App says two different things
The app says the buyer has paid for the car and I should ship. Transport is on the way. When I look at sale details, it says he’s only paid the deposit. Which is it!

App lists EVERYTHING as a no-reserve auction making it impossible to discern which car is actually likely to sell for the $8000 bid-price, and which is lurking behind a secret $30,000 demand.
No-reserve auctions exist for Live, In-Person auctions in order to season the pot—as it were—and stoke bidding interest, they also come with a “guide price above $XX,” they are NOT meant to create false interest and never sell. They are ESPECIALLY not meant to begin auction price at $300 with “no reserve” when there is 100% an absurd reserve in the tens-of-thousands of dollars.

Super bad customer service
I listed my salvaged car on many platforms. Only eBay charges a fee of $79 before sales! I never authorized the $79 but eBay charges me anyway. The customer service of eBay is super bad too!!
