EBay is one of the oldest yet best selling apps.
I used eBay as my first selling app it’s so easy to use and very trustworthy app.
I still use to this day. Highly recommend eBay.
The fee’s, postage charge are a bit on the pricy side but if your looking to just declutter then eBay is the one for that.

Worse app ever made
This ridiculously badly made up crashes constantly on my lpad m2, ebay is becoming a 3rd rate joke of a company , this is an app that seemingly was made by 3 fishermen in Tanganyika Africa trying their hand with coding for the first time
Live is hidden a bit better!
Credit where it’s due, eBay has hidden the Live feature that was displayed on the homepage of the app. That Live feature really ruined my experience but now that it’s gone, things are much better.
Granted, you scroll down to a certain point and the live section pops up but it’s not as intrusive as it was. Now, the experience is probably four stars but the way it was before the Live feature took over was perfect and I’d say the app was 5 stars as it did exactly what I needed it to do. Sadly, companies continuously improve themselves in to a position where they capitalise on as much cash as they can for investors while reducing the user experience for the customer … but on this occasion, eBay returned to something that’s useable again.

Worst Mercari way better
eBay was good back in the days. The seller fees are outrageous. Just using app for now on only for buying . Maybe as for now Mercari is more reliable both ways as seller and buyer .
New AI filtered shopping interface SUCKS
DEVELOPERS: Please keep the old interface as an option!!!! I like “browsing” random junk. The new interface can’t tell what vintage and modern clothing is… I think we’re all being duped into training the machine for free (or even paying for it, really.)
It’s not fun to scroll through endless Bruce Springsteen cassettes? and modern cheap spandex jeans with fake rips that I would never waste my money on. It’s too much like going to a current Goodwill 😭
Where the heck is all of my good real vintage stuff??? Is there a way to find that stuff instead of this horrible repetitive trash the AI is serving me?

Awful new update
New update rendered barcode scanning useless. Also the search feature is awful, search the same thing twice and it’ll show wildly different results, especially when filtering by sold. Listing an item is more difficult and you can’t order your pictures on the app anymore. You can only pick the main picture. If the new update is meant to send sellers to other marketplace apps, it’s succeeding.

I've purchased item with 1 year warranty, which was listed in description, item became defective, seller never responded my messages and I reached eBay support which said that warranty wasn't included with a purchase and they cannot do anything

They ruined this app
eBay used to have a great home page, with items I was interested in. Now it’s all terrible items, not navigable, and overall terrible. They need to roll back this new home page update as soon as possible.

You can be certain of only one thing, and it's just like the equivalent of the second law of thermodynamics. As time passes, eBay can only further get worse and more anti-consumer, or in modern vernacular, enshxttifies. Forever trying to change the landing page to force feed engagement, force feed you absolute nonsense that you would never ever interact with otherwise. eBay Live is a complete joke fad garbage. Click on an item once by mistake? CONGRATULATIONS! It will forever haunt you on your landing page FEED. Why does anyone need a FEED for eBay? Latest bleak and feeble attempt to mimic social media. Whatnot is superior
eBay actively punishes sellers and keeps buyers in the dark. Whatnot does not give sellers or buyers the hassle that eBay does.
