Absolute garbage
Somehow they managed to screw up their login system to the point where I have tried to create a new account, failed to login, then reset the password to the new account, and again failed to login making it impossible to access the app. What a stupid bunch of morons. Jesus, outsource it to India or whatever you need to do to get something that works … or maybe you just didn’t have to break what semblance of functionality you had before.

It simply makes you get another app. It shouldn’t even be on the store.
Can’t even get past account creation
When I try to register it says registration failed with no other details about why the failure happened.
Really annoying
App is confusing and overly complicated by the addition of navigation, but the real nail in the coffin is that the app causes the phone to buzz every time Bluetooth connects or disconnects, which happens A LOT. This can’t be turned off, either in the app or notifications, and it is REALLY ANNOYING. I had to delete the app it’s so irritating.

Possibly the worst app I have
This app is very very bad. It frequently breaks its Bluetooth connection with the bike, resulting in no feedback at critical times. When it is connected, the app displays useless information (Who cares how many rpms the motor is spinning?) and unexplained metrics (what does “POW” mean, anyway?).
The documentation is next to worthless.
The pity of having such a useless app is that it connects (intermittently) to such a great bike.
I have had to stop in the middle of a ride just to re-pair the app and the bike to know how much range I have.
The bike is a joy to ride but the app is a worthless PITA.

Garbage
Stops working mid ride. Takes forever to pair with the bike. Inaccurate data retrieval. This is app garbage. The only thing I use it for is checking the battery charge balance. It would be great if there were some other app that would work with this but unless you want to go buy a bike with a different assist mechanism you are stuck with it.

Bad UI
Pretty simple review. The UI is pretty bad and it doesn’t operate seamlessly with the bike or other devices. Also, the app is hardly ever able to find the bike and the connection is intermittent - that could a Bluetooth issue but honestly the interface and experience are just weak in comparison to other apps such as strava.

Canondale Evo - App Not Working
Can’t log in, won’t pair, no support from canondale or Ebikemotion. Useless and very disappointing.

Can’t log in
Hi, I downloaded the Ebikemotion app for my new Orbea Gain but I can’t login.

No heart rate
I decided to use it as the main app during cycling with my Orbea Gain M30 . With iPhone 8 and Apple Watch 3 it doesn’t show the heart rate. Ebikemotion was allowed to read Heart Rate. I started the ride from watch. Bluetooth is on but HR pair status is always Disconnected. If I turn on the original Display OC monochrome from Orbea it shows Hr pair status connected but always 0 bpm. Thank you any advice and contact information for additional support.

Need an option for assist
Will anyone finally create an option in the app or allow the bikes to be paired with Garmin computers. It's frustrating!

Has a glitch
Screen froze hard when I tried to save a ride. Only fix I see is to uninstall and reinstall. I’ll lose data but hope it works otherwise.
No longer works
Used to work just fine and I really liked it but now won’t pair with my bike and will not show any of my activities. Checked to make sure I had the latest version and tried rebooting but still nothing.
