Compass is Kapuut
I have an IPhone and when I use the COBI app the compass is off by 90 degrees. Always. This should be a simple fix, but according to the reviews it’s existed since the app was introduced.

Sorry Bosch e-bike Team but this is not true. Apple Maps works fine. Apple compass works fine, too. COBI app is kaput. The compass is 90 degrees off. Always.
When I’m going North COBI says I’m going West. When I’m going West COBI says im going South, etc, etc. It’s always off by 90 degrees. Please let me know if I can help you troubleshoot this. I’d like to see this fixed.

When I’m going North COBI says I’m going West. When I’m going West COBI says im going South, etc, etc. It’s always off by 90 degrees. Please let me know if I can help you troubleshoot this. I’d like to see this fixed.

Not very intuitive
This app is difficult to navigate. Couldn’t find settings after plugging it into the bike. Couldn’t find how to change compass to display to the direction you are traveling…a “north up” graphic is not how a compass works. Couldn’t find how to zero out the last ride. I want manual control of the app and everything seems to be either hidden, automatic or doesn’t exist.

Great app but one issue …
The color set on the app keeps reverting to blue after a few days. Odd. 2years later, the color settings still don’t work. It’s related to the Trek Exclusive Branding setting. If set to that, the actual setting slider will disappear from the app and the color reverts to blue. Then if I set the color to any other stock color, after a min, hour, day at most, the color reverts to blue and the exclusive slider is back. I set it to on (Trek Red)and the pattern continues. 2 years, 3 iOS versions, 2 different phones. Maddening.

Documentation
The documentation, as far as I’ve gotten through it just in the last half a day since I bought the bicycle yesterday has not been forthcoming with all the possibilities that I see could exist and how to operate step-by-step the app. Operating such things isn’t my best go so almost a picture by picture with description would really be helpful and that is how it started, but it didn’t cover very much.
