Failed firmware update
App is no longer capable of updating bike’s firmware. Stuck on a spinning wheel.

Starts off well but woe betide you veer off route. This app will never get you back again but simply repeat you're off route. Thanks. I know that. Google maps to the rescue.
Does not Work
Download this app, created an account and have never been able to open it. Removed the App and reloaded many times - still no access. Don’t buy and make sure you get a discount on you Giant Talon E + EX, as it advertises that this function is available. But clearly it is not accessible.
Needs Data??
Why must it always have a data connection and why do I seem to need to re login every time I open the app??
Very poor
Poor app for the price of the bike, slow, glitchy, gives info one time and next time maybe not, wife’s Bosch Flo app is ten times better than this app
