DoD spends $$$$ on this?!?!

1st as an educator - while concise, this is the most “unfriendly” website, application I’ve ever used.
2nd as a disabled veteran - due to neurological issues I listen to audiobooks & enjoy a number of online libraries. For 4 years I’ve attempted to use this (iOS, android & on windows) hoping someone would fix the ‘bugs’. Similar to a small fee in an account - I guess MWR & DoD have ‘forgotten’ about this and might want to reconsider the next contract. Pathetic.

This has got to be the worst app I’ve tried, it’s like going back to DOS! Too bad my library system is stuck with you.

doesn’t work.. says audio book expired

the audio book i JUST checked out (and have to read for school, on a deadline) is inaccessible because it says it is “expired”. on the site, it says i checked it out with FOUR minutes remaining… this app doesn’t work at all

This site doesn’t work

How can you call yourself an educational tool and you don’t work! This is horrible! I can’t log in from my iPhone, but shocker people have been saying this for over 6 months now and yet and still today it’s the same problem! I’m complaining this don’t make no sense at all! I’m sure you get paid too! Educational tool my foot!
