DoD spends $$$$ on this?!?!
1st as an educator - while concise, this is the most “unfriendly” website, application I’ve ever used.
2nd as a disabled veteran - due to neurological issues I listen to audiobooks & enjoy a number of online libraries. For 4 years I’ve attempted to use this (iOS, android & on windows) hoping someone would fix the ‘bugs’. Similar to a small fee in an account - I guess MWR & DoD have ‘forgotten’ about this and might want to reconsider the next contract. Pathetic.

App doesn’t work
This has got to be the worst app I’ve tried, it’s like going back to DOS! Too bad my library system is stuck with you.
doesn’t work.. says audio book expired
the audio book i JUST checked out (and have to read for school, on a deadline) is inaccessible because it says it is “expired”. on the site, it says i checked it out with FOUR minutes remaining… this app doesn’t work at all

This site doesn’t work
How can you call yourself an educational tool and you don’t work! This is horrible! I can’t log in from my iPhone, but shocker people have been saying this for over 6 months now and yet and still today it’s the same problem! I’m complaining this don’t make no sense at all! I’m sure you get paid too! Educational tool my foot!

Glitchy
Won’t let me log in on app. It takes me back to the website and then I can’t access the audio book I borrowed or even return it because the app is glitchy.

Won’t work on iPhones running 14.7.1
Please update this app so that it will work on my iPhone. I’ve liked this before, but am beyond frustrated with it now. It simply won’t let me log in…and since my subscription is through Military Onesource, I cannot even give feedback directly to EBSCO except through this review. Please read these reviews and help us.

Login impossible
Opened app and clicked Login. Browser opens, go through google credentials (always error on first attempt). Second attempt works, so return to app and begin again…and again…
Poor app
I have two audiobooks checked out but can only access one. It says the other is expired even though it was just checked out. Tracks do not have any titles so hard to keep track of where you are. Badly needs an update.
Don’t Work
Created account, downloaded audio book, downloaded this app. Logged in and can’t find the book I borrowed. When I try to borrow it, it says I already have it. Frustrating

This app is useless. Every time I try to login it just redirects me to the login page. It simply doesn’t work.

Expires in less than a day
Every time I check out an audiobook, it only gives me less than a day to listen to it before becoming expired. Something isn’t right with the software. Please fix issue ASAP.
Won’t allow me to login with google acct
Can’t access the books I downloaded with my google account. Says unable to validate login credentials, error code 108.
Won’t Login
I created my account on the website, which supports signup through Google. I checked out a book and it now says to get the app which I have done, the only problem, I can’t sign in through google on the app! I would love to be able to give this a different rating as I would like to listen to me audio book but the app hasn’t kept up with the website.

Great App!
Love this app and ability to listen to audiobooks during my busy schedule. Only suggestion I would make is to incorporate search/check out/check in feature on account through app. I have to go online to check out, then go to app and download, then go back to web to check in.
Can Change speed
Please include an option to change the rate of which the book plays...
