The app is crap
Hard to use. Multiple errors confirming deposit amount. Requires holding with one hand (while being careful not to block the camera lens and tapping on a specific area in the center of the screen to create an image. Horrible for non-octopuses

New Mobile Banking
This is the WORST system I have ever used! Way too many glitches and not a smooth transition. Also very bad time of year to have pulled the rug out from under your customers. Overall not happy with this “new” set up. Clean it up and make it work.

I wanted to express my sincere thanks to the Englewood staff, I called twice to get information and got immediate help and they were very friendly and super patient while answering my questions. I have to admit I was worried about the change but needlessly.
