Trustco Bank is never a smooth, calm and helpful business; just when my debit card troubles were finally straightened out, after being without any card to use for almost a month, and when my husband went to make a deposit and asked the manager if he could see why I hadn’t received a new card, the man, apologetically said that he had forgotten!
Now as I was just beginning to relax. Again into a calmer state of mind, we discover over $134.00 of charges on my card again!
We wen through another week of waiting for the problem to settle, and a new card was received by the 7th day of waiting.
Now I am able to get on our account, but when seeing it is really urgent, my sign on wasn’t correct!
I have just been allowed, again to sign in, and I realize the importance of security but your mixed up! It’s others who make felonious charges, while my family must go through the entire miss-mosh of red tape! We are not wealthy, and as time goes by we have less and less funds to get through the month!
Well, at least I have unburdened myself.

Worst!!
This has to absolutely be the worst bank I have ever delt. This is the 3rd time they have stolen my money, told me they never received my direct deposit and I’m looking right at the Void paystub! I hate this bank so much and am counting the days til I’m able to leave them!
