Worst!!
This has to absolutely be the worst bank I have ever delt. This is the 3rd time they have stolen my money, told me they never received my direct deposit and I’m looking right at the Void paystub! I hate this bank so much and am counting the days til I’m able to leave them!

Good when it works
It’s a good app- when you can actually use it. It constantly seems to be down or unavailable for transfers. I use the app to transfer money from my savings to my checking when the bank is closed at night and on multiple occasions I have been unable to access my funds in any way due to the app being down. Hope they can fix this because I’m sick of not being able to spend my own money.

Makes all my banking super easy; transfers, deposits, just checking on payments, automatic payments, etc!

this could very well be the worst app of all time.
terrible
dosent work 90% of the time and when it actually does let you log in it forces you to change your secret questions, and the questions are all insane like “What was the middle name of your 3rd bike as a kid” or “What was the favorite color of your 2nd grade math teachers imaginary friend”, and it makes you redo it every time you want to log in.

Won’t let me login
Was checking to see if I got a payment and it won’t even let me log in. This app is on and off and probably needs an update

Zelle feature not working has a bug that kicks me out when trying to use.
Zelle keeps crashing
Everytime i try to use zelle my app crashes
App never loads
9/10 times when I want to check my balance the app doesn’t load. It will try to load for about 30 seconds then give me an error message. Same thing happens on the website as well. Issue can last for hours at a time.
Very bad and outdated technology
I always has trouble with trustco bank online system, always is down, not easy to use. You need to spend some money right there to upgrade it
