ECard - Electronic Club Member

ECards are digitally signed QR Codes for club membership cards. They are digitally signed, so they can be scanned for verification using the ECard iPhone app. The ECards are created using the ecard utility, see https://github.com/philseeley/ecard/blob/master/README.md.
