Fuzecard not connecting to phone

You have to go to your Bluetooth section on your phone and click forget this device and it should work

I received the card I can register online but through the app Iโ€™m still waiting for an email verification and I try this many times and all I get is email verification error. without this cannot use the Fuze card at all . This is pointless now Iโ€™m stuck with this card I cannot use. and wasted money.
