Fuzecard not connecting to phone
You have to go to your Bluetooth section on your phone and click forget this device and it should work

I received the card I can register online but through the app I’m still waiting for an email verification and I try this many times and all I get is email verification error. without this cannot use the Fuze card at all . This is pointless now I’m stuck with this card I cannot use. and wasted money.

Horrible app and support
I’ve had the Fuze card for over three weeks now. I can’t get the app to send the verification email to begin using my Fuze card. I’ve sent numerous emails but I’ve received little to no response. I would not recommend any products manufactured or supported by this company! Horrible product and service/product support!

Terrible product
Just like everyone after 6 months my card stopped working. The Bluetooth disconnected from my phone. I’ve tried to reboot the card and deleted the app and readers it but it’s still broke. Guess i have to buy another one.

My Fuze Card wouldn’t connect to my android correctly. I tried with my iPhone it connected and locked and now needs a passcode. I want my money back

My Fuze card died within 2 months of me getting it, have tried emailing several times, posting on their Facebook but no one cares, several other users have reported the same thing. What a scam
New version not working.
I downloaded got my card. But the software is not adding the cards. Just does not read it. Does not work. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP ASAP
Great concept terrible execution
I got it on iPad but when I tried wiping card by setting to factory reset mode I can’t connect to any devices. Obviously that is not “factory” settings.
Don’t waste Your Money

New release doesn’t connect to my Fuze
There are few things more frustrating than not having a link to a support email for help. A 1-Star review seems the only way to get help. I downloaded the new version of the app and it now is unable to connect to my card. Even though the old version connected fine.
All I get now is a message that says “Couldn’t connect to the card” and an okay button. Click on the okay button and it keeps trying to connect.

Great eCard manager; hope to see improvements/features.
Would like to:
• Pair Apple Watch to card to allow for higher security levels without phone present
• Initiate hold mode from iPhone or Apple Watch
• Change active card from iPhone or Apple Watch
Pair with card using iPhone camera (stock camera App (reads QR codes automatically in iOS 11) to read QR of URL calling eCard Manager with code) rather than typing in the code manually

I love it! So convenient
My dad got this for me and I wasn’t sure I was gonna use it but I registered my cards and love the convenience. You CAN see your card info if you want to or you can choose to display the info as **** for security reasons. You do it through the app and it’s easy.
