Not supported at every location
This app was released many years ago and it’s still not supported by my local pharmacy. They keep on saying they need to update their software. Lame excuses. It’s 2026.
Refill Forecaster Broken
When some medications that can only be filled every 90 days, the app is not calculating 90 days from the previous refill. They are calculating the refill date too early.
Quick and efficient
Have used the app for about two years now and love it! I order and prescriptions are ready the next day. I can see all my prescriptions easily and see how many refills are left, and it also tells me when I need a new prescription.
Also love that I can see everything I’ve ordered and cost, making it very easy when tax time comes around.

USELESS APP BY CODING SCHOOL DROPOUTS
Worst app ever. Can’t even connect. Nothing works—QR, reg code, Rx no., nothing. Pharmacists can help either. Fire your dev team.
Still not working
Can’t connect a pharmacy, so it’s rather useless, unfortunately.
Slow to load
It takes forever to load this app and gain access to my information. Instead of populating immediately, I have to wait several minutes for any data whatsoever to appear.
I appreciate the ability to order refills online but the phone is MUCH quicker. Literally one star out of five.

Couldn’t even set up an account
I have been dealing with the local Pharmasave for some years. I decided to try the App to order a refill. It wouldn’t even set up an account for me despite my having a prescription number to assist in the account setting up process. It just timed out (multiple attempts). It appears that this app may need some work. Thankfully a phone call to the pharmacy still gets the job done.

Underwhelming
There wasn’t even an update and it got worse. Maybe the problem is at the backend?

This app does not work. Prescription was sent in through the app, and pharmacy has no record of it. Waste of time!
Connecting was easy
Seems like many people have issues connecting in the reviews, but my process was very easy. Got a leaflet from pharmacist scanned and good to go.
Works fine and useful
Unlike previous comments, it works fine for me. Maybe they used an older version. I can see all my past and active prescriptions, refill them, add new ones by taking a picture of the Rx from the doctor, and get notified. I find very useful.
Impossible
I've tried every way to get registered online and its so frustrating because it doesn't work!! I love my Pharmasave in Stouffville but I'm not impressed with the app!
Useless app
Our Pharmasave is located in a remote Northern town. The hours are unreliable, their server is always down, it takes days or weeks to get a prescription, and often they are out of stock. I downloaded this app hoping to help alleviate their wait times and lineups. App keeps crashing, doesn’t recognize my common prescription, and keeps telling me the server is off line. Laughably awful. Except access to medication is essential. So this is no joke. Do better, Pharmasave.

I tried to give the app another chance. Logged into my pharmacy and no luck. Went to the pharmacy and got the code. Came home and tried it with the code. No luck. So yes, it needs work
My data has disappeared
I’ve been using this app since it was first released. Today I logged in only to find that none of my prescriptions are there! There is no in-app help, which makes matters worse. My pharmacy says everything is okay with their system.
No auto refill
Most other pharmacies offer auto refills, this is a key missing feature.
Good, but no way to know when the prescription is ready
I find this app super-useful for tracking prescription histories, and have used it several times to call in a refill. The one issue is the ambiguous status “in progress”. Recently I requested a prescription refill via the app several days in advance of the pickup date, and the “in progress” status was still in showing after that date and time had passed. I went in and queried it, and an assistant found that it was ready. When I asked how I can know in future whether it’s filled and waiting for me, he said, “Give us a phone call…” Surely the point of the app is to spare both the pharmacy and customer these extra steps? Then again, I’ve never seen a “ready for pickup” status so perhaps that’s the issue.

This app simply doesn’t work. Very frustrating to try and set up, and then doesn’t work.

Super easy to set up. Will make renewing prescriptions a breeze. Already renewed 1 first try.
