App crashes after click on Download Receipt
The app has been crashed after click on the Download receipt. It was asking for permission to the photo library to download the receipt. I think the receipt should give via the share file option in ios, without asking for the permission.
But even after giving the full permission to photo gallery, app crashed and now app doesn’t show my channel as well. I received the sms and email about the channel.
Otherwise app seems nice and looking good. But these kind of issues in mainstream features wouldn’t make the as a good one.

Happiest to hard to use
I let me very educated person, and I cannot find the information that I am looking for. Something is grossly wrong.
ATTENTION FOREIGNERS - do not use
Do not use this app, the appointment availability times shown are not real and cannot be used for actual scheduling. The support line is not answered on weekends. The hospitals themselves do not operate on common sense and can’t speak English. I recommend finding a trusted local and using a doctor referral from there.

This is just the website which is loading from the website,
We need to enter username and password every time.
When we don’t login and make a channel, it charges money.
It is not user friendly app(even though they call it app, it is just a website),
Very slow.
