Far too many notifications/advertisements from ODoc

I used this app once to see a doctor. Ever since I have received 3-4 notifications a day cluttering my phone when I am traveling. There is no way to unsubscribe and customer support has been no help.

When I opened this application it asked me to update so i did update and afterwards when i open it i’m not getting the 4 digit code to continue the application. 😡 If you can’t manage this app please remove it.
