Worst App and Loss of Time and Money

Very pathetic experience last two paid services. They will connect you to the doctor only once after payment and during the follow-up period, not even messages get delivered to your Doc. Worst Customer Service, bots answer your emergency chat. I was able to connect the same Docs effortlessly via Medibudddy and other apps after wasting my consultation fee here as I was not able to connect with them through any mode after The initial conversation for lab report follow-up or anything. This is not the case with other apps. Also, for an online consultation of a Doctor who charge between ₹199 and ₹299, Practo charged nearly ₹599 -₹799. And same doctors are available for lesser consultation charges on other apps. Too bad, too poor and their service does not deserve 1 star too. Only reason I believe that people use this app is because of their efficient Doctors and public’s lack of awareness of the same Doctors availability on other apps at better consultations and connectivities with more follow-up periods.

App never works properly.

I tried Practo app multiple times to consult doctors. There was no single time it worked without any issues.

General hygiene

The clinic hygiene is very poorly maintained the shelves where the implements are kept are not clean & tidy. There is no provision for patients to gargle their mouths, instead a suction tube is used whether that tube is changed every time it is to be used is not known. The patient has a right to know these things. Both rooms are decorated with cobweb which is very unbecoming of a dental clinic. The cost of my treatment when initially assessed was ₹18,000/- no one explained the break up of the cost. Besides this I was asked to pay for meds as and when it was given. When my treatment was completed I wound up paying ₹37,500/- & if I add the periodic cost of med I would have paid something like ₹40,000/-,which to me seemed very exorbitant. When estimates are given with a likelihood of an increase the patient must be told in advance. This was not done in my case. All in all my experience was of shock & disappointment. I do not think I will be inclined to recommend anyone to the clinic. Thank you
