App never works properly.
I tried Practo app multiple times to consult doctors. There was no single time it worked without any issues.
General hygiene
The clinic hygiene is very poorly maintained the shelves where the implements are kept are not clean & tidy. There is no provision for patients to gargle their mouths, instead a suction tube is used whether that tube is changed every time it is to be used is not known. The patient has a right to know these things. Both rooms are decorated with cobweb which is very unbecoming of a dental clinic. The cost of my treatment when initially assessed was ₹18,000/- no one explained the break up of the cost. Besides this I was asked to pay for meds as and when it was given. When my treatment was completed I wound up paying ₹37,500/- & if I add the periodic cost of med I would have paid something like ₹40,000/-,which to me seemed very exorbitant. When estimates are given with a likelihood of an increase the patient must be told in advance. This was not done in my case. All in all my experience was of shock & disappointment. I do not think I will be inclined to recommend anyone to the clinic. Thank you

Payment Made but Unable to Book Video Consultation
I made the payment, but I was unable to book the video consultation. I emailed customer support, but I haven’t received any response, and the payment has not been refunded either.

Dr. Virendra Choudhary (Orthopedic)
I had a very bad experience with Dr. Virendra Choudhary (Orthopedic). The consultation call ended within a minute, and the doctor suggested a prescription without properly listening to my actual condition. I paid ₹600 for the consultation, but it felt like I did not receive proper attention or care. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money.
