Don’t order medicine in PharmEasy app

Medicines will not be delivered at all. When you order medicines, it shows medicines will be delivered on the same day with some estimated time, but the medicines will not be delivered. The app gives an option to call delivery agent, but the delivery agent phone will be either switched off or they don’t pick up the order. After the estimated time crosses, the app shows the order is delayed and shows next day as the delivery date. But the same process repeats. You will not receive the order and you don’t have an option to cancel the order in the app. There is another disaster, even if you want to talk to customer support, you end up with chatbot or computerised responses or AI , which is worst. Looks like PharmEasy didn’t test the AI customer support, it should have tested properly or else there should be an option to talk to humans. Finally, if we order medicines in PharmEasy app, we are going to waste our money, time and energy. There are other apps available which deliver medicines within 4 hours. PharmEasy should learn a lot from other apps or better to shutdown their services if not able to deliver the services properly.

I have ordered medicines but they don’t deliver on commited date , they don’t even think that those are necessary medicine for someone , I would not recommend this too anyone

Awful experience

Every time I am trying to update my profile it says it’s failed to update and won’t let me access my order which has been put on hold . Ridiculous. Doesn’t deserve 1 star as well

Worst Experience Every Single Time – Total Disaster of a Service

I am writing this out of pure frustration and anger. What is the point of taking Express Delivery subscription when PharmEasy never delivers on time? This is NOT the first time. Even my previous order was delayed, and now again the same story.

Medicines are NOT like groceries that can come whenever they feel like. Delays in medicines can seriously harm a person’s health. But PharmEasy simply doesn’t care.

They ALWAYS split the order into two deliveries. Every single time they say “some medicines are out of stock, you’ll receive them after 2–3 days.” Then why show them available at the time of placing the order? What kind of irresponsible system is this?

On top of that, their customer care is absolutely useless. It’s almost impossible to reach a human being. They have kept a stupid, irritating robot in front of everything, and it blocks you from talking to an actual person. The bot keeps giving irrelevant replies, making the whole experience a nightmare.

If you want to contact customer support, they force you to type out everything on their help & support chat, which is the slowest, most painful way to resolve issues. Sometimes a simple call can fix things quickly, but no—they don’t allow that. They make you go in circles with their bot like you have nothing better to do.

Honestly, I am fed up. PharmEasy has become totally unreliable.
If you value your health and need timely medicines, avoid this app. They simply cannot be trusted.
