Worst service provider only rejecting reimbursement
Throughout the process, they repeatedly asked for additional documentation. Even after submitting everything requested, they continued to demand more documents. Eventually, the claims were rejected citing “insufficient documentation.” This pattern makes the entire process extremely frustrating and time-consuming.
In one case, after submitting the claim online, they asked me to manually fill out forms and send them by post to their address, which feels outdated and inconvenient. Additionally, there is no reliable customer support. I tried reaching out by phone multiple times but could not get proper assistance.
Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. The process seems unnecessarily complicated, with repeated documentation requests and little to no support, ultimately leading to rejected claims.

Fraud
My critical medication order is now four days late past the promised delivery date. For medicine, this isn't an inconvenience—it's a serious health risk.
What makes this experience truly unacceptable is the complete and utter absence of customer support. There is no number which i can call and discuss the issue. It feels like the moment you place an order, you are left completely stranded with no way to track, cancel, or even get an update on your essential items.
An app dealing with healthcare cannot afford to be this unreliable. If you are relying on this service for urgent or necessary medication, avoid it entirely. The technology is useless if the logistics and human support are non-existent. Zero stars if I could; I only gave one because the app technically loaded.
