Does not work!!!

Every time I try to log in it says “incorrect email and password”. I have already completed the sign up steps and cannot log in. Super frustrating when trying to work out and a MAJOR WASTE OF TIME!!

Unable to log in or even create an account. Very disappointed as I purchased an Echelon bike.

The only service this app offers is scamming. 0 stars

I got a bike that had a trial offer with this scam of a company. I created the account and downloaded the app like it guided me. I get to the app and the password I literally just saved was showing incorrect on the app. Now obviously that’s a glitch that this company refuses to fix based on the dates on these previous reviews. When I got the reset email 3 hours later, the same things happened and that was the last time I got a reset email. Which makes absolutely no sense. I then went to the website to chat with an agent that told me they could help reset the password and then all of a sudden she couldn’t and I had to follow this link to request ANOTHER PASSWORD RESET. It’s my opinion that this is exactly what you want to happen because I’m going to guess fixing a password reset glitch isn’t difficult, but I’m sure the company has a convoluted reason that makes no sense. I made it clear to 2 agents that I wanted anything related to my email deleted,but being that they can’t even help someone their systems been ignoring for weeks, I’m sure I’ll be getting charged for not being able to log in. What a shame
