About

Echo is a quiet place to keep the moments that actually moved you — and to notice, over time, what each one cost you. Most days blur. You reach Sunday night knowing it was a heavy week, without being able to say why. Echo fixes that with two small questions, asked whenever something lands. How did it feel? Anywhere from awful to wonderful. What did it take out of you? Nothing, or everything. Ten seconds. Then it becomes a point of light in your field. WHAT YOU START TO SEE Warm light is a good moment. Cool light is a hard one. The bigger the light, the more effort it cost you. After a few weeks the pattern shows up on its own, and it is usually not the one you expected. The thing you gave three hours and a lot of nerves to gave almost nothing back. It sits there, large and cold, week after week. The first coffee outside this spring cost you nothing and glows brighter than anything else that month. Nobody has to tell you what to change. You look at your own field and you see it. That is the whole point of tracking both feeling and effort instead of mood alone. Mood on its own tells you that Tuesday was bad. Feeling plus effort tells you what you are overpaying for. DRIFT BACK THROUGH TIME Drag through your months and watch the field rearrange itself. The week you cannot remember is still there, with the note you left on it. Little things you would have forgotten completely — the neighbour who waved, the plant you had given up on putting out a new leaf — stay exactly where you put them. FOR TWO PEOPLE Link with your partner by code and quietly hold each other's field, day by day. You stop guessing. You can see that they had a heavy, expensive day before you ask them about it, which changes how you ask. Couples usually find the argument was never about the dishes — it was about one person carrying three large blue moments that nobody noticed. Both of you keep your own field. Nothing is merged, nothing is scored, and either of you can unlink. FOR THE PEOPLE YOU CARRY Someone hands you their code and you can follow their field. They never pay anything. MENTOR — up to 5 people. Friends, family, someone finding their feet. ENERGY — up to 25 people. Small circles: ADHD groups, recovery rooms, sponsors. SPECIALIST — up to 100 people. For professional practice: burnout, career, divorce, sport, psychology. Carry a full caseload of fields with care. For coaches and specialists, this replaces "so how was your month?" — a question people answer badly, because memory bends toward whatever happened most recently. Instead you arrive already knowing the shape of it: where the effort actually went, which weeks were flat, what the person themselves flagged in the moment and has since forgotten. You spend the session on the thing that matters instead of on reconstruction. YOUR FIELD IS YOURS No followers. No streaks nagging you. Nothing to perform for. Nobody sees your field unless you hand them your code yourself, and you can take it back whenever you want. Everyone who follows you is visible to you, by name and colour. If you feel like it, you can release a single moment anonymously into Global and let strangers react to it. That is a choice you make one moment at a time, not a feed you have to keep fed. PRICING Echo is free to use for yourself, and free for anyone who shares their code with you. Subscriptions are only for following other people's fields: Couple, Mentor, Energy and Specialist. Each is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Details and current prices are in the app. Echo is a personal reflection tool. It is not therapy, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. Terms of Use (EULA): https://echomoments.me/terms Privacy Policy: https://echomoments.me/privacy
