No Support
App would not let me change my address, I reached out to support to have it changed as the app instructs. My address was not changed and my package was sent to the incorrect address. When trying to reach out for help with this, I am also being ignored by support. There seems to be no support team. I loved this app but this experience has been horrible. I just want some help with the many issues I am having and it’s like there is nobody there. Went from a 5/5 to a 0/5 for me. Gone downhill I guess. If I could actually get some help ya’ll could turn this review around but I’m not even sure anyone is working at Gratsy anymore as I am consistently ignored.

About to delete
This app won’t recognize my address for some reason, it’s not like I live in the boonies or some desolate area. I’m about to delete it this app!
Can’t even finish registration
It won’t verify my very real and accurate home address. It keeps saying they’re unstable to verify it with USPS. I put it in over 10 times exactly right and it won’t work.

I have had the same address for nearly 25 years, but it won’t let me past the “add address” page because apparently my address cannot be validated. I’ve entered this address into hundreds of apps and never had an issue. I will have to delete the app never having had a chance to truly review it. Good luck to the rest of you.
