Horrible app they refuse to fix
Note that many have had this issue ( talks being inaccessible , won’t open ) for years now and they do nothing to fix . Trust me ..I have tried multiple times with customer service . Save your money , just access talks through you tube or do audible books .
Can't sign in
I purchased three months and tried to sign in but wasn't prompted to create a log in name or password. So i entered my email address and hit the button got forgot password and a pop up message stated if receive an email but nothing.
App doesn’t work
It says the wrong credentials have been submitted but will not send me a forgot password email. I cannot access any of the site but it says I have a one month subscription.

Thank you for this great app and way to access Eckhart’s teachings. It would be wonderful if there was a way to delete downloaded videos when you are finished with them to free up space on your device.
I paid without ever gaining access
I paid $179.99 on 8/3/2021 through ApplePay, without ever receiving access to the app! Despite submitting a ticket to the developer, I never received a follow-up. I’m very disappointed and would appreciate the opportunity to actually gain access to the app at some point!
Buffering
Same thing is happening to me. I pay for access to the app and the videos aren’t playing 90 percent of the time

I desperately want to get rid of this app and stop being charged but I cannot determine how to do so. They make it very hard to do so
Sign up disaster
Looks like no one ever tested the “sign-up using Apple account” workflow. After agreeing to pay $20 per month, I was signed up, but never given a chance to set my email or password. So I am paying without being able to USE the product. Comically bad design…
And no way to get customer support (blank page). And no way to cancel. And no special instructions for the many users who signed up the way I did (using Apple account). Sad.

Abysmal
Ironic that such an esteemed teacher tolerates a simple video app that 1) requires support and 2) fails to provide it. I was never provided login info but I was billed by Apple
for nearly twenty bucks. Where may I submit my own invoice now for my time calling this (dis-) organization twice and emailing a half dozen times, all in vain? Is this the advanced course on unexpected suffering?

Can’t sign in
I have purchased a subscription, but I can’t sign in because I have not been given a way to create a username and password. With most apps, with you buy the subscription it just opens. With this one, you are still stuck at the login page.
I have seen that others have this problem as well, but I don’t see any resolution. I will wait for a day or two and then cancel my subscription if there isn’t an easy fix.

Help!
I would love this app if I could get it to work. I'm running the latest ios version on my iPhone 11 Pro max. I signed into the app but cannot get anything to play or download.
Room for improvement
The idea behind the app is great and the content even better, but my app keeps freezing and although it saves my progress on the videos, once I’ve started a video it won’t let me return to it - it just keeps loading and loading 🤷🏼♀️ Frustrating, because the online version does not save your progress and does not sync with your playlist.

Loved this then totally frustrated
I have really enjoyed the talks on this app. Suddenly I am unable to play many of the ones listed. I will push the play button and it will go to the screen like it’s going to play and then it goes right back to the original screen. Over and over again. I am enrolled in and paid for the School of Awakening. I emailed their support people and they told me too contact the Apple App store.

Teachings amazing, app not so much...
The previous version of this app was so much better. This one is hard to navigate when it works, feels limited, and looks ‘cheap’. I don’t think I’ll end up keeping my subscription and watch him on YouTube instead.
