Why do you have to enter your password to change any setting when Face ID is enrolled? Credit monitoring module won’t launch. Just gives a generic error. Junk

Tells me to register online which I have and then it says to log in app with credentials from registering on the website which I did and it keeps telling me the password and user name is wrong and it’s not! 100% positive I’m entering the correct info.. what a disappointment to have such a crappy app smh..

Needs updating.
Every time I try to click savings it shuts the app down!
Won’t allow me to login.
Unable to login on my phone. I’ve logged in before now it says it’s not available for my program? Please fix it.
Identity Protection Login Needs Work
This app is great except for the fact that you cannot see what you are typing when logging into the Identity Protection. In an iPhone 6s when you click the security question and password entry boxes the page shifts down behind the keyboard making it impossible to see what you type. There is no way to scroll back up or hide the keyboard. Please fix!
