I will personally pay to fix this app.
Spend $500 for a dev to work on this app for like 8 hours. Seriously, the bar is so low. This app is dog crap, it crashes constantly, has a garbage UI, especially for modern phones that don’t have a 16:9 aspect ratio

Can’t see “Benefits or run a credit score”
I am unable to use the function under identity protection > “monitoring benefits, credit report and score”. It is hidden behind the banner. I can pull down and see it but can’t tap it since it automatically scrolls back up and hides again one I release.
Terrible Design
From the white font on white background, not properly sized for larger iPhones, and overall lack of content, this is a fairly useless app.
Needs a revamp
Horribly slow and crashes often. One time I did get in the formatting is so wonky I couldn’t read on my iPhone X. Skip app and use desktop version.
Needs Development
Constantly says “Network error try again later” when logging in. Can’t utilize my dashboard what so ever.
