Buyer beware
I cannot set up the device itself because it will keep saying it has stopped working, I have factory reset it, unplugged it numerous times, reconnected to Internet, what a waste of money, won’t even last a whole minute long enough to get it up and running, I have another one I bought at the same time that stops working every few minutes, but at least I was able to set it up. Don’t waste your money, should be a simple device but does NOT work as advertised

Time for an upgrade!
I downloaded this app years ago. It worked well, however, now it’s not as compatible as it should be. Dimmable modules don’t hold their memory, and some new modules can’t be added. It’s time for an upgrade!

App keeps crashing and restarts phone!
Ever since switching to the iPhone 14 pro, if I click on the feeder in the app it crashes and restarts my phone. No error message or warning and happens every time. Very annoying when trying to see the cats or feed additional servings. Please fix.

This is a horrible product. I’m connected to my network and this product cannot update itself. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app and after logging in I can’t connect this dumb phone to the digital frame. This is the most pathetic product on the market.

The picture quality is quite best…..even the night vision is pretty clear.
The only downfall that I would have to bring up is the two-way talking. You can somehow make out what is being said through the camera…for example if I am talking to my 7 yr old son he has to bring the camera to his ear to semi understand and I have to speak really really slowly….such as
I……need…..you……to…..do…..your…….homework.
If he answers I can hear him pretty clear but if he is far away it is hard to understand what he says.

Keeps going off line
The pet feeder just keeps going Off Line and won’t go back On Line until you reset the damn thing. I went on vacations and day 2 when I really needed the camera to make sure my cat was okay, the dam camera disconnected itself again. Unreliable
Unable to add photos
I initially uploaded a photo. It worked. When I went to upload additional photos, the + icon to add photos bring up the recent screen. There is no way to add more photos.
Only use the Camera
We are at 5G so the alarm system is a paperweight as that’s all it’s good for. 👎🏼👎🏼
Puts ads on my digital picture frame!
I got a digital picture frame and to put pictures on it I have to use this app. Instead of looking at my pictures it just has ads that pop up. I just wasted $100 on this picture frame because of this stupid app

I was afraid to buy this little camera for inside of my house. The vision is wonderful in the day time. It was very cheap and it’s great I just have a little concern at night unless you have the lights on you are not able to see anything. I placed it on my window seal and at night if I am away out of town not able to see anything, but you get what you pay for.

Great gear love to protect my cannabis as I am a Canadian licensed grower and us the camera system to watch over a very expensive crop to make sure my license to grow is protected and I never miss a beat ….so if ya want to sleep easy at night the cams with self alert is so perfect for my grows indoor and out!!! Love this company look for my videos in future

Great product, works well
Eco is great, I use it for my Smart Bulb. The app has a smooth interface that allows me to change my light anytime I want with my phone. I can also change the color, turn it on/off, and set a timer for the lamp. Very cool overall
