How do you use this?
I don't see how to use a bike on the app just shows a map
Kind of useless
Doesn’t do anything other than tell where bikes are.
Horrible customer service
Now 120 minutes on tech support. No answers. Just trying to get QR code to rent bike after 90 minutes of asking a simple question. Agent not reading my text. Taking 10-15 minutes between responding. Responses were not related to my question just explaining over and over how busy they are. Then I type that I will be writing online reviews while I wait for their help. Instant answers to my questions. Like I mean instantly. When I asked for screenshot of what those instructions meant - agent cuts the call and I am still not helped. So maybe it will be a better experience for you but this was mine.
