I personalized my carbon footprint but it keeps resetting and my footprint decent change it says that I have a much higher food footprint than I actually do.

I signed up for this app thinking it was really cool, and I paid about 2 years worth of carbon offsets before I decided to cancel it. When I try to cancel the subscription, the app glitches and doesn't allow me to cancel my subscription. Iāve tried emailing and calling the website, but the number they provide is āunallocatedā which just made me very sussed out. I even caled the merchant number they provided on my bill, and a different company answered and they had no idea what I was talking about. When I disputed it with my credit card company and put a stop pay on the merchant, they charged me through a different second accountā¦. The longer this goes on, the more shady I think it is. This app/website is probably fraudulent and just takes peopleās money. Save yourself and do not download !

Doesnāt capture the whole picture
Like the other reviews have said, it rewards you for small things, but doesnāt consider that other things have a much bigger impact. They developers need to consider the big picture.
The best way to make an impact? Vote for pro-environment and socially sustainable initiatives. Vote for leaders who work towards these efforts. Hold the megacorporations and big polluters accountable.
Anyway, the app is a good start to someone wanting to live more sustainably, but itās just a start.

So far Iāve been liking this app , but I have a suggestion... if possible , a way that helps to find recycling centers, like battery recycling programs , light bulbs , even glass recycling since many communities have stopped glass recycling because of the weight ... and places that used to recycle batteries they donāt do it anymore ... just a simple suggestion :) the app itās great !!

Sketchy company
I really liked this app at first but recently wanted to get out of paying my carbon off sets. No easy way to contact the company and im still being charged! Also didnāt receive my last reward. With the app getting slower and slower and the customer service non existent dont bother. It was a great way to keep track of everything but not worth it anymore!

I love this app! Itās a great way to see the impact I have and to find new and different ways to mitigate that. I did submit to receive a reward and an update apparently threw that off. App developers have reached out and I am waiting to hear what will happen with reward. I have also been completing my habits for the past couple of weeks and the rewards points arenāt increasing. Iām hoping that will be fixed soon as well. All in all, great idea and an app that they seem to be working on to get the bugs out!

I canāt make my info accurate
My family and I are vegan and i canāt just automatically factor that into my daily impact?? I have to select every day that I did that? It also asks how i heat my home- I donāt. Thatās not an option. I live in the tropics and donāt need to heat my home. It asks if I have A/C, and I do but only in the bedrooms. I canāt customize that either. This is just the basics. Way more issues than just this. Deleted soon after opening.

Disappointing!
Iāve been using this App for months. When I got it I was so excited. Itās really a great way to track my habits and see where I could improve. I was ranking in at 331st last year, and now I rank at 62nd. I raved about it to my Friends and it actually got them interested in cutting down on their foot print. Until now. I had in the past saved up my credits to donate to the charities offered, but I was saving my Eco Credits to get one of the travel utensils for a friend who eats out often. My goal was 1,400, I saved up 1,145 I was almost there. I open the app today and the credits were gone. No email, or notification, so I go threw the āreward rulesā, your credits can be taken away at any time for NO reason. Give me a break! I liked this app as a way to track my progress on my phone, and encourage my friends, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Between this rude awakening, and the constant pop ups every time you log a habit, itās not worth the space on your phone. If my friends need help staying accountable and even rewards for reaching their goals, Iāll be doing a better job than this app.

We had a bug pop up when we pushed a recent release that was affecting reward points and redemptions. We identified the issue late last week and are working on a fix. Good App Needs Bug Fixes
I have had the app for a while, and I canāt access any of my habits or rewards. Please fix ASAP.
What happened?
I love the concept behind the app, but Iām not sure how legitimate the rewards are. I submitted my reward request about a month ago, and I still havenāt seen it. Iām glad I can track the steps Iām taking, but I feel ripped off at the same time.
Great concept; not user friendly
I like the idea of goals and check marks to earn eco friendly products, but the app is slow and lags. I tried several times setting a schedule because I bring my own cup/mug to work every day, but it never saved and kept kicking me back to the ideas page. Has definite potential to improve. It would also be nice to have more description on how to earn something. I wish I could reorder the habits too.

Super slow and buggy
I really like the idea of this app. However the app is terrible to work with, it used to be quicker and less buggy but they pushed an update and it has since been almost unusable. When you mark a task complete it starts to try and pop a modal to show it is complete, this takes about 5-10 seconds and often freezes. Also whenever I try to redeem any points, no matter which one I select the confirm purchase always shows the lowest redemption prize (phone wallpaper)

Bugs to work out
I love this idea but there may be some bugs to work out. The habits feature will not load right now. Iāve tried both restarting my phone and deleting and reinstalling the app which did not fix the problem. Hoping for an app update soon so I can use it.
My eco cred isnāt working right now!
Love the app but the past few days it just says itās been loading Iāve used my data and my WiFi and it just isnāt loading like normal

I really liked the app it works fine for me but when I got 1800 points I couldnāt get anything they told me I would get an email but I never did they took my points so I canāt even try again also I donāt see a email that I can ask for help

This app is absolutely amazing, and critically helpful in allowing individuals the ability to better understand their current carbon footprint, including easy ways to substantially reduce their carbon footprint- even with super interesting facts accompanying each, and prizes to boot! So far Iāve been able to donate $5 towards carbon emission reduction efforts, and Iām half way to my second $5 donation! If you have any concern for the obvious daily signs/news you see and read concerning our precious planet then you wonāt think twice. šš»
