Rarely works

This app is spectacularly unreliable. It often refuses to change the thermostat to your desired setting. It seems to be getting worse too.

Not good for sleep quality

It either has a mind of its own or the power company is controlling it. I wake up several times each night very hot because the setting is changed to 76. After 10 minutes of setting it low, it readjusts itself.sending my husband out to replace it tomorrow.

Won’t keep the schedule.

Apparently there was an upgrade, I mean downgrade, and now the app keeps resetting the schedule. Fix it or I will disconnect and get something that works with Alexa.

Unreliable connectivity and no apparent customer support.

The gateway seems to continually lose connectivity and finally comes back to work at odd times. Since this app has not been updated for two years it seems to be obsolete. I cannot get any technical agents to call me about it. Looks like another brand may be a better choice. I enjoyed using it when connectivity was reliable.
