The login button does not work at all. Do the devs even maintain this? Untrustworthy and unreliable

This app does not work well. Many times it’s extremely slow to
open the door with the app. I often just walk to the door to open it because it’s faster. How come it hasn’t been updated in 6 months, when there are so many issues and complaints? The lock itself is great. Unfortunately it doesn’t have a good app to support it. Is there another app that can be used with this smart lock? I may just have to get a new lock with a good app.

How hard would it be to change the option for autolock to be more than 60 seconds??? Can’t even get the groceries out of the car. Should be 15 minutes.
App Doesn’t Work
The lock works fine, but the app login screen doesn’t work, so you can’t even login to the app to change the settings, or to unlock your door.
