The login button does not work at all. Do the devs even maintain this? Untrustworthy and unreliable

This app does not work well. Many times itâs extremely slow to
open the door with the app. I often just walk to the door to open it because itâs faster. How come it hasnât been updated in 6 months, when there are so many issues and complaints? The lock itself is great. Unfortunately it doesnât have a good app to support it. Is there another app that can be used with this smart lock? I may just have to get a new lock with a good app.

Time
How hard would it be to change the option for autolock to be more than 60 seconds??? Canât even get the groceries out of the car. Should be 15 minutes.
App Doesnât Work
The lock works fine, but the app login screen doesnât work, so you canât even login to the app to change the settings, or to unlock your door.
Does the Job butâŚ
Using it with the Yamiri door lock and connected it to the SigMesh Wifi Gateway. No problems at all. Bluetooth is fine, gateway works perfectly. Although I can access my lock with my fingerprint, a code, card, and a key so I rarely use bluetooth to unlock the door. I just wish I could get notifications when someone is unlocking the door. I had to scroll through to see that maintenance unlocked my door with the temporary code I gave them. Would love to know immediately and get a notification on my phone. Didnât notice until I came home to my bathroom completely rearranged.

Poor privacy practices
I knew I shouldâve shelled out the extra $100 for a known brand that at least advertises their application before purchasing the device.
While the app is functional to an extent the privacy policy is a deal breaker.

I did everything correct what I set up but device did not recognize and announce wrong .
Help!
Can I please get a developer to contact me. It keeps telling me that my phoneâs time zone isnât correct and will not let me login. When I try to reset the password thinking that possibly will be the problem it says user doesnât exist? This is the second time happening and I canât remember how I got it to work the first time but it shouldnât even issue. I canât adjust any of my locks in this product is worthless! This was a $70 lock and the only way to change it is this app so please help us fix it.

Iâm upset because I thought that I will be able to unlock my door when Iâm not in the home and now that all the doors have been changed thereâs no way that I can change them again at this moment when it works it works
Bugged
Wonât connect to google no more. Needs fixed. And updated
Donât waste your time
Skip this lock and app. Will not connect via Bluetooth.
Unusable App
The app wonât even let me log in. The app is grayed out no matter what I enter. The privacy for fingerprint is non existent
Logs out and Forgets devices
It was annoying to set up, and more annoying when it forgot my devices and couldnât even let me submit a help inquiry about it through the app because the help inquiry requires a device
Good but could add and fix
This app is good and does somewhat a good job but needs bug fixes and needs a software update where i can look who unlocked my door while im away from the house also the gateway hub i linked to it dosent work with it also alexa dosent work with he gateway and alexa dosent work in genral with this app so id make a software update fixing where you can make it where you can lock it on the go fix the gateway and let the alexa work agine but other than that its meh ok

The app has issues connecting with Google account
The door hardware was easy enough to set up, however, the app has problems connecting with the Google account that I used to it set up and I no longer have access to my lock and anxiously awaiting the developer to get back to me so I can access my door codes and setups again!
