Function is bad
I did everything correct what I set up but device did not recognize and announce wrong .

Can I please get a developer to contact me. It keeps telling me that my phone’s time zone isn’t correct and will not let me login. When I try to reset the password thinking that possibly will be the problem it says user doesn’t exist? This is the second time happening and I can’t remember how I got it to work the first time but it shouldn’t even issue. I can’t adjust any of my locks in this product is worthless! This was a $70 lock and the only way to change it is this app so please help us fix it.

I’m upset because I thought that I will be able to unlock my door when I’m not in the home and now that all the doors have been changed there’s no way that I can change them again at this moment when it works it works

Unusable App
The app won’t even let me log in. The app is grayed out no matter what I enter. The privacy for fingerprint is non existent
Logs out and Forgets devices
It was annoying to set up, and more annoying when it forgot my devices and couldn’t even let me submit a help inquiry about it through the app because the help inquiry requires a device
Good but could add and fix
This app is good and does somewhat a good job but needs bug fixes and needs a software update where i can look who unlocked my door while im away from the house also the gateway hub i linked to it dosent work with it also alexa dosent work with he gateway and alexa dosent work in genral with this app so id make a software update fixing where you can make it where you can lock it on the go fix the gateway and let the alexa work agine but other than that its meh ok

The app has issues connecting with Google account
The door hardware was easy enough to set up, however, the app has problems connecting with the Google account that I used to it set up and I no longer have access to my lock and anxiously awaiting the developer to get back to me so I can access my door codes and setups again!

Complicated when trying to add photo.
I have three doorknobs and two have my photo instead of the default icon. However the third — I can not change the icon to my photo. And I have added my dad but The robot head can not be changed to my dad’s photo. App needs some work.
Nonetheless, the APP otherwise works well and is easy to use and navigate.

Works pretty well
Pretty easy to use but the connection if about 70/30. Also it’s not avail to add to Apple Watch or widget. Both would be nice to not have to scroll thru phone to open.
They sell your email to marketers
I signed up and the very next day I get all kinds of emails from marketing such as insurance, windows for home I usually keep my email private and don’t get much emails but noticed 15 to 20 emails more the day i signed up for this app.
