Cant get in!!!
Im out of the country. My house sitter cant/ dog sitter got locked out. I went in the app and they wanted to charge me $50 for an outside IT person to trouble shoot. Not cool. App said “Not connected to Gateway “. My house sitter cannot get in. She has tried my code and herscand 2 additional ones i set up. So frustrating and NOT GOOD!!!

Lock App Functionality
The lock was easy to install and connect to the app. It could use some drastic improvements, like allowing two people to sign in to the account and for the app to accurately reflect if the door is unlocked or locked.
Also, the capability to lock or unlock the door while away doesn’t work sufficiently.

Room For Improvement
The lock was easy to install and the app was easy to set up. There are a couple of areas where the app could use improvement.
1) Push notifications to confirm the door is locked or unlocked
2) An on screen indicator to show the lock is either locked or unlocked.

Security issues
The app and lock were very easy to setup. However there were no directions on how to lock the door from the outside using the keypad. Also, I am not getting push notifications of when the door is locked or unlocked. I agree with most reviews the Home Screen should state whether or not the door is locked or unlocked when opening the app. The Face ID required to open the app hardly works. If you use the Face ID to open the app, then close the app, the Face ID is not engaged if you reopen the app. Makes me feel a bit unsafe knowing the app can be opened without a passcode/ Face ID.
Also the remote unlock is not working. So don’t rely on it to let someone in if you’re away. Recommend getting a different door system

Horrible
Doesn’t auto lock when it’s supposed to. Huge safety issue. Also does not tell you if your door is locked or unlocked.
