Cant get in!!!
Im out of the country. My house sitter cant/ dog sitter got locked out. I went in the app and they wanted to charge me $50 for an outside IT person to trouble shoot. Not cool. App said “Not connected to Gateway “. My house sitter cannot get in. She has tried my code and herscand 2 additional ones i set up. So frustrating and NOT GOOD!!!

Lock App Functionality
The lock was easy to install and connect to the app. It could use some drastic improvements, like allowing two people to sign in to the account and for the app to accurately reflect if the door is unlocked or locked.
Also, the capability to lock or unlock the door while away doesn’t work sufficiently.

Room For Improvement
The lock was easy to install and the app was easy to set up. There are a couple of areas where the app could use improvement.
1) Push notifications to confirm the door is locked or unlocked
2) An on screen indicator to show the lock is either locked or unlocked.

Security issues
The app and lock were very easy to setup. However there were no directions on how to lock the door from the outside using the keypad. Also, I am not getting push notifications of when the door is locked or unlocked. I agree with most reviews the Home Screen should state whether or not the door is locked or unlocked when opening the app. The Face ID required to open the app hardly works. If you use the Face ID to open the app, then close the app, the Face ID is not engaged if you reopen the app. Makes me feel a bit unsafe knowing the app can be opened without a passcode/ Face ID.
Also the remote unlock is not working. So don’t rely on it to let someone in if you’re away. Recommend getting a different door system

Horrible
Doesn’t auto lock when it’s supposed to. Huge safety issue. Also does not tell you if your door is locked or unlocked.
Great app with some issues
The system does tell you when to change the battery. The product itself has some issues with locking and can be dangerous.
Lock not found
No customer care number who can help you.
App not pairing
After several tries and restarting devices this does not pair with the Veise KS01

Won’t answer emails. The lock stopped working and I can’t uninstall or reinstall the lock. Can’t reset. The lock support is unavailable. They have a Gmail account to contact for US support. 22 days and no response. Basically have a deadlock now.
Very poor performance
Software password lost frequently. As others mentioned it would be great if it said lock was locked
Notifications
Love the lock and all the features, the only thing that its lacking is that the notifications are not working. I tried everything and i still dont get any.

Do yourself a favor. Don’t buy this lock..
It displays the battery status - why not if it’s locked or not.
Like others, it’s frustrating that the app doesn’t indicate whether or not the door is actually locked. Please fix this.
Need a widget!!
Over all it does what it should. I greatly hope they add a widget soon. Basic lock/unlock type quick widget would be fantastic addition
Easy and Functional
The app works well so far. It looks like some of the previous complaints have been addressed by the developer. It would be great if WiFi vs Bluetooth connectivity was also an option. But it works well!

Developer not sending verification to my email address. Yes I checked junk mail.
Verify if locked the Door
I have tried to assess to see if I forgot my door is locked. The app doesn’t show if the door is locked or not.
Few improvements
Similar to other reviews, it would be great if the app could actually tell me if it was locked or not locked. Also notifications do not work. Even though I have them turned on I never get notified on my Apple iPhone. Finally I have to upload the data a few times before I finally get recent actions. Ideally, it would be great if the data could get loaded real time and notify me with every action.

Good but not great
Would really be beneficial if the lock on the main screen showed if it was locked or unlocked. Not being able to add a quick glance know if the door is locked or unlocked it’s kind of a bummer.
