The UX is horrible - FIX THIS!!!
Why can I not set up a simple time range for when I want my lights to turn on at a certain time, then turn off?! The Wake up and Go to Sleep functions are so ridiculous, I don’t freaking care if I want my lights dimmed or not. Just give me the option to tell it when to turn on my lights, then turn off. It’s such a simple concept and yet you missed it. I have to keep shutting off the lights manually. After seeing all the recent reviews, why are you guys not doing anything about this?! I’m a UX designer and I’m shocked at how horrible this is!!!

Broken app
The child lock stopped working and they haven’t fixed it in over a year.
Can’t Login
I keep being logged out and when I go to log back in the the login in button is grayed out, even if I choose the forgot password option the button to confirm the account name is grayed out as well. A few months back all the light bulbs stopped working for a week and since then this keeps happening.
Not very good
Frequently loses connection with Wi-Fi, which means that you open the app in your iPhone and you’re wanting to turn on your string lights in the backyard, but there is no response because it is not connecting to the Wi-Fi. I don’t think I have ever seen any app updates. It’s very frustrating and I don’t recommend buying it. We are going to simply replace the outlet that the string lights are plugged into with this TreatLife utilities, dongle, and replace the outlet with a smart outlet and throw away this TreatLife utilities dongle. We bought it on Amazon. It is our second one. The first one did the same thing. Now this one is doing the same thing. They are not very expensive so I don’t feel terribly bad throwing away the money, but I certainly do not recommend buying them.

Simply not working anymore
This really pisses me off because it worked fine and all of a sudden the app won’t allow me to turn on or off my lamp, change the colors, etc. tried restarting my phone, restarting app, removing the device then re adding it, literally nothing works. So I guess I just have a useless light bulb now.
